The Friends of the Library have monthly meetings on the third Wednesday of each month at 10 a.m. in Library’s Multicultural Room on the Lower Level. All dues paying members are welcome to attend.

Friends of the Library 5th Annual College Scholarhip

Deadline: April 10, 2016, 5 p.m.

Friends of the Cherry Hill Public Library is a support and advocacy organization composed of individuals, families and businesses. Our goal is to promote library services offered throughout the Cherry Hill community. Winners are selected by the Friends Scholarship Committee based on the following: school and community involvement, work experience, a faculty recommendation, and an essay. We encourage all Cherry Hill High School Seniors to apply, and we look forward to reviewing your application. Please contact Jennifer Thiel at with any questions.

  • Resident of Cherry Hill
  • High school senior graduating in June 2016
  • Plan to enroll in post-secondary education in the fall of 2016

Got Books?

Anyone is welcome to donate books to the Friends of the Library to be sold at upcoming Book Sales. Books donations are accepted at the library:

Monday – Thursday
9:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Friday & Saturday
9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

1 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

If you have a bag or two, you can drop them off at the Circulation Desk. If you have a trunk load of books, please pull around to the employee entrance of the Library and someone will help you unload.
