Second Wednesday of every month at 7 p.m.
CHPL invites writers of all styles and skill levels to attend a monthly discussion group. Attendees can discuss their writings, improve their skills and offer encouragement to one another.
First and third Thursdays of every month at 10:30 a.m.
Join us for coffee and refreshments while we enjoy a mix of presentations, lively exchanges on current issues and events, life-story swaps and, last but not least, fun and fellowship. Program topics and speakers vary.
Speaking of Poetry
Second Friday of every month at 2 p.m.
Meet local people who love poetry as much as you. Inspiring discussions about poetry, and poetic forms and styles provide an opportunity to read aloud and discuss poems - one’s own or another’s. With new topics every month, participants explore this literary art and learn from each other. Listeners always welcome!
Lunch and a Movie
Days vary monthly
Bring your lunch and enjoy free films from new releases to popular classics at the Cherry Hill Library. Movies begin at noon. Adults of all ages welcome.
