Adult Volunteers are needed year round to help with specially scheduled library events, as well as many positions throughout the Library. NEW!! - Volunteer Teen Book Reviewer Are you in grades 7-12 and love to read? Here's your chance to tell others about the books you read, encourage reading among your peers and earn community service hours. Become a Teen Book Reviewer! You'll pick an approved book from CHPL's collection, write a detailed review, and design a bookmark to help promote the title(s).

Teen Activity Board (TAB)
TAB is a small group of teens who assist the Library’s Teen Department. They help at teen programs, create displays and book lists for the Teen Area, suggest titles for addition to the Library's teen collection, and plan/run events for teens, tweens and children.
TAB's accomplishments include:
TAB members are selected through an application and interview process. The application process for the TAB 2016-2017 group is closed. Look for an application in August 2017!
CHPL Teen Ambassadors
This new group was formed to involve teens (7th -12th grade) in the Library. Their mission is to support and positively impact the Cherry Hill Public Library through fundraising, mentoring and advocating for CHPL.
CHPL Teen Ambassadors meet monthly in addition to assisting with various events throughout the year.

Teen Summer Volunteers
Each summer, teens in grades 7-12 are invited to join the CHPL Volunteer Force. This group assists the Children's and Teen Departments with the Library's Summer Reading prize program and summer events. If you are interested in volunteering next summer, check back for an application in March 2017.
